The Committee against Torture, established under article 17 of the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment,

Decides to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 574/2013 because the complainant requested the Committee to discontinue the consideration of the above communication since he is no longer at risk of deportation.
