Decision
At its meeting on 15 November 2019, the Committee, having ascertained that the complainants had submitted new pending asylum applications in Sweden, and that the expulsion orders against them became time-barred on 10 June 2019, decided to discontinue the examination of communication No. 773/2016, on the understanding that the complainants would be entitled to submit a new communication to it, with a request for interim measures, in case of facing a renewed risk of forcible removal from the State party’s territory.
