At its meeting on 14 July 2021, the Committee, not having received the complainant’s comments on the State party’s observations, despite sending three reminders to that effect, and not having received any further response from the complainant, despite sending four status enquiries, and therefore being unable to continue the proceedings, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 524/2012.
