At its meeting on 22 April 2022, the Committee, not having received comments from the complainant’s counsel on the State party’s further submission, despite sending three reminders to that effect, and having been informed that the complainant was removed from the territory of the State party in 2018, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 734/2016.
