Decision
At its meeting on 10 July 2023, the Committee, having received a request from the State party on 10 September 2021 to discontinue the communication as the complainant and her children had been repatriated to Belgium on 16 July 2021, in accordance with the best interests of the children, and having received an expression of consent from the complainants’ counsel on 25 October 2021 to the State party’s request, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 1003/2020.
