Decision
At its meeting on 10 July 2023, the Committee, having received a request from the State party on 18 January 2023 to discontinue the communication, given that the complainants and their children had been granted residence permits in Switzerland owing to their positive integration, and an expression of consent from the complainants of 26 June 2023 transmitted with the State party’s request, decided to discontinue its consideration of communication No. 1071/2021.
