Decision
At its meeting on 10 July 2023, the Committee, having been informed by the State party on 15 August 2022 that there was no risk of the complainant being removed from Australia as he had been resettled in the United States of America on 3 March 2022 and, following a request by the State party to verify whether the complainant wished to maintain or withdraw his complaint, having been informed by the counsel that he no longer represented the complainant, and not having received a response from the complainant, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 1101/2021.
