At its meeting on 3 November 2023, the Committee, having been informed by the complainant on 5 October 2023 that the decision of the Migration Agency to expel him had become statute-barred on 16 July 2023 and that he had subsequently applied for asylum in Sweden and therefore accepted the fact that the consideration of his case would be discontinued, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 1005/2020.
