At its meeting on 3 November 2023, the Committee, having received information from the parties to the effect that the decision to expel the complainant had become statute-barred and the complainant had accepted the discontinuance of the communication, as he had been granted a new examination and thus benefited from protection, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 1059/2021.
