Decision
At its meeting on 3 November 2023, the Committee, having received information from the counsel to the effect that there was no longer a risk of the complainant being deported and that the complainant had thus accepted the discontinuance of his communication before the Committee, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 875/2018.
