Decision
At its meeting on 30 March 2016, the Human Rights Committee decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 1145/2002 on the grounds of failure by the author to respond to the Committee’s requests for comments regarding the information submitted by the State party indicating that the author had been released from prison.
