At its meeting on 27 July 2018, having been informed that the decision to transfer the author and her children to Italy had been overturned by the State party’s Refugee Appeals Board on 6 June 2018, and with the consent of the author and at the State party’s request, the Committee decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 2812/2016.
