At its meeting on 6 November 2020, the Human Rights Committee decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 3688/2019after the author requested its withdrawal, since the purpose of the complaint to the Committee was achieved. Indeed, the Office of the Prosecutor requested the Supreme Court to resume the criminal proceedings on newly discovered circumstances and the Supreme Court had granted the request.
