Decision
At its meeting on 6 November 2020, the Committee, in the light of the author’s request to withdraw the communication, given that the Supreme Court had granted the request of the Office of the Prosecutor to resume the criminal proceedings on newly discovered circumstances, thus achieving the aims of the complaint to the Committee, decided to discontinue the consideration of communication No. 3688/2019.
