The present report was prepared pursuant to rule 79 of the rules of procedure of the Committee on Enforced Disappearances, which states that the Rapporteur or working group tasked with ascertaining the measures taken by States parties to give effect to the Committee’s Views must regularly report to the Committee on follow-up activities.
