At its seventy-fifth session, the Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, having taken note of the request for discontinuance made by the State party and the complainant’s acceptance of the request on the basis of an amicable settlement reached by the parties, decided to discontinue its consideration of communication No. 63/2013.
